Presented by: Sur Taal Sangam, NJ Sur Taal Sangam, a premier New Jersey-based organization dedicated to promoting Indian music, Exclusively brings RAAGEET to New Jersey this season. RAAGEET is a unique musical concept that brings the beauty of Indian classical Raagas to audiences through familiar Hindi film songs, making classical music accessible, engaging and enjoyable across generations. With 75+ performances in India and abroad, RAAGEET has created a distinctive musical experience blending Raagas, popular melodies and storytelling. Sur Taal Sangam has a rich legacy of presenting Indian music, featuring artists such as Vidushi Kaushiki Chakraborty and Pandit Raghunandan Panshikar. STS musicians and students have themselves performed at prestigious venues such as the Consulate General of India in New York, Princeton University and Saint Peter’s University among many others.
